In-state buyers will be required to pay sales tax and other applicable fees. (Out-of-state buyers may still be subject to paying sales tax depending on whether Michigan is reciprocal with the other state.) Payment must be made by cash or cashier's check. Seller reserves the right to hold the vehicle if the bank puts a hold on the funds.
